This Gift card is valid for a period of 1 Year from the date of issue.
The Gift Card will be accepted at domestic POS merchants accepting Mastercard. POS transactions would be PIN based.
No ATM withdrawal would be allowed on Gift card. But customer would be able to do a balance inquiry on ATM. (While doing balance inquiry at ATM the customer has to select Account Type as ‘Current Account’. Online transaction would be a pin based, where customer would need to get a unique password created while doing transaction
The Gift card can be used multiple times upto the load value of the card.
Youfirst Gift Cards bought on Amazon.in cannot be returned/ refunded.

my cards also received. on the envelop they have mentioned to send SMS to activate card it. Got response from RBL it will be activate in 48 hours.

So I purchased a card with 20K balance.
Activation:
Got it activated in 2 hours by sending emails to their finance department written on envelope and the card is not loaded with money. So once the card is activated SMS is sent to an mobile number attached with Amazon Account. And if everything looks fine they will load the fund in 1 hour if you request on the same email.
Usage:
I was not able to pay for my insurance premium by using this card so in total a waste for me and I have to now load it somewhere and eject the money. Can’t be used on payzapp, freecharge. Can be used on oxigen, paytm, udio. Didn’t tried on citrus till now.
Overall I didn’t had good experience with this card that I do have with ticket compliments.
One more thing if you try to pay the same merchant multiple times your transaction will start declining after 5 transactions. And you have to wait for more than 12 hours to get it working again on the same merchant. Not sure on the time for waiting.
Quite problematic to withdraw money from this card. Ticket Compliments is much better but highly priced in comparison to giftcardsindia.

thanks for the review.. I thought it can be used at all merchants till now .will have to find out some way and transfer to bank if it cannot be used at all merchants. I just received the card today and raised request for activation.. they said it will be activated on 16th Aug in the first half of the day..

I thought it can be used at all merchants till now .will have to find out some way and transfer to bank if it cannot be used at all merchants. I just received the card today and raised request for activation.. they said it will be activated on 16th Aug in the first half of the day..
I figured out another way so if we load the money to udio and then use the udio card somewhere we might be able to withdraw the money but as such it seems not possible. I tried udio on freecharge/payzapp but they are not working.
Other way is to load to paytm and withdraw money at 1% the easiest way around till now.

nope.. RBL is the only way to utilize dbs offer currently.. i received the rbl card but it has not been activated yet.. once i receive i will let u know on where it can be used to xfr to bank

actually i did not message them for activation.. i raised a question on amazon to which they responded that they will activate it and no need to send sms.. but it looks like they are only activating the ones who send the sms.. i was busy with some other things in last couple of days, so i did not bother about this card activation.. now only i looked into it and saw its still in inactivated status.. i will send a message now in the format they mentioned..
It got activated within 2-3 hours after sending SMS….But not able to use immediately…..I don’t know why, I used only after 24 hours…..
There is no / less English support in RBL customer care.

I tried to register but unable to complete registration, since I got an error that Please enter a valid email even though I entered the correct email address

I don’t think you need to register online for ol usage. And yes multiple cards can be added to same youfirst account but not to a same order or checkout. I have written a new review if you wanna check that up.
To remind you this card will not work on some of the online purchases aswell. I was trying to pay for my policy last week and it didn’t go so be aware of this. Keep a backup always this is not as good as TC.
