For asking to pay the money which they deserve ?
actually they deserve 1 star for their unprofessional behavior i have left this app in dec 2017 till then i never use them because of their unprofessional behavior they deserve, they made themselves mistakes and blame their users its their tendency no one can do in this.If there promo working for every user then its their mistake how could anyone know this is for me and this is for not, they are totally unprofessional, I never back to them, Just left the app and there are many more good alternative apps.
