Niki airtel recharge issue.

I did a recharge of airtel via niki but it went straight pending no recharge received yet more than 1 hour.
Talked to niki customer support they said we are getting issue for airtel recharges and all are getting pending as no confirmation received from airtel.
Avoid recharge via niki better to go for airtel app directly.

I tried but they said they have transferred money to airtel and now they can’t refund.
More than 5 hrs , my recharge still retrying. If recharge is fulfilled by think wallnut then it’s max failed. Last month i tried 2 times for 1699 plan , it got failed. Now also fulfilled by think wallnut . For 558 plan fulfilled jrs , recharge done within seconds.

I have a query the recharge is still retrying and they already said no chance of getting any update till tomorrow morning.
I already recharged my no. With 399 plan via airtel app if i do another one of ₹399 it will be queued
My question is what will happen if that recharge which is pending is niki gets successfull as there will be allready two active plans with approx 180 days validity
Even failing from airtel app, I got message “Your airtel mobile 9xxxxxxxxx online recharge txn ID 19xxxxxxxxx of Rs 359.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.”, recharge not successful, when spoked to customer care they said recharge failed because 40Rs discount applied and amount will be refunded in 10-12 days time.

Recharged 1699₹ plan in morning from payzap
It went smoothly , within a second plan get activated and received ₹100 cashback
I even did two recharges few min back via airtel app they went smooth.
Ask them to cancel and refund. Coz Niki takes lot of time. Just recharge on PayZapp with RECHARGE code.
