Op, if this is for fun, please be aware that trying to spread fake news and using brand name can lead you to trouble… if this is photoshopped, it’s not cool at all.

If this comes to fruition, it would be funny to imagine that an app, which has high ambitions to be popular among a billion people and hoping to earn billions of dollars of investments from investors after showing the usage and stickiness among their customers to their platform, would go for an elaborate legal recourse over less than peanuts which would completely jeopardize their ambitions and would turn all the investors away from them. Not to mention, the unnecessary costs over all the cases they have to fight in the courts since most people just used a code they thought was genuine (Paytm would be in the court fighting cases for a 100 years every single day if they went the way of Niki instead of being the trusted brand that it is today or even PayPal where 80% of its users are completely fake). I am thinking Niki’s founders and investors aren’t that dumb. But if they are, well, its their funeral. Good luck to all those who looted.

Just wanted to add a fact – the wording used by support team in regard to Section 72 of Contract Act 1972 is similar to what was posted by some dimer in main post. Further the OP who posted the deal – had shared how he got code. He didn’t tried to hack the code. The support message clearly says visit offer section – apply promo code, OP did the same. He found the code over there and got the codes and posted it as it was working for all with no TnC.
He didn’t penetrated into someone system, hacked there server or change computer coding. If i try ABC as promo code it will show invalid deal. If it was user specific code it would work once only. It was niki fault that this code were working multiple times and for all user.

So I don’t find a reason to blame OP / make him a reason to be in fault unless he hacked the server and changed / generated the codes.

It looks funny af if this is true and even strange is the discussion on an imaginary scenario. LMAO!

Afaik, in the history of e-tailing and this payment app business also, I have not witnessed any such hutiyapa so far as this SS (assumed fake/ edited just to create chaos for sour grapes effect) even after loss of many folds than this. The reason is, it’s not the fault of users but the failure of keeping a good testing environment to test their newer functionalities. All the balls are in their court only and people are discussing court, law and whatnot! At max they can reverse the txns but again that would be lot expensive than the loss in hand.

If any Niki official reading this thread, a genuine advice, please appoint good quality experienced beta testers to save yourself from any such embarrassment. No one hacked you ffs but your all AI app is prone to such bugs that may result in even more loss in the future. You’re not the first for such mess.

I didnot used this code but i am going to reduce rating of niki. Responsibile will be OP or niki depends upon the originality of post.
One more thing, did u guys remember the days of reliance CDMA. I am talking about cdma phones and bills.
Niki is chor never gives me referal benefit which they show on there app.

From my viewpoint, Niki cant do any legal procedures, they can reverse recharges nothing else.Moreover its not hacking its loophole from their end..

People doing loots from years, looted Lakhs of products by This so called hack, doing illegal refunds yet Amazon and Flipkart done nothing, Niki must be on some great quality weed
