Woooow!! Missed the whole drama celebrated throughout the night as I went to bed early….. Only one thing came to my mind after the first glance at OP’s post that I want to shout out at Niki :-

Someone here said the bill of one of his friends who had used the codes was in processing for a long time, but the payment went through after he raised a complaint.
So, all of you whose bill is in processing should raise a complaint asap and see what happens.

Anyone know if we can log into Niki from other phone numbers? Because UPI is linked to the phone and those numbers can not be now used with niki. I still want to buy those gift vouchers using gpay. I hate this app. Is the Niki pay linked to the phone numbers? I noticed many are now linking email and phone numbers to registered accounts. So no more multiple deals.

PS: you can not use gpay upi of other number in such scenario.

As mentioned by op promocodes where available on niki so don’t get panic no one hacked niki and it was loophole.Also as@Parle-G wrote section 72 same was copied and pasted so note that niki is following and reading post of dd if u comment anything here, they will take same action to get their money back. Also@Parle-G Help us with any section for us also against niki. 
all those who paid airtel postpaid or broadband..no use as amount will get reverted in 2-3 month. Niki will no pay Airtel saying money not received from user. Happened once with me for Mobikwik but amount was 100 only

Read Indian Contract Act plus no one will use word like being investigated with help of DD. I am sure there are 1000’s site who simply copy paste DD post to all other forums.
Unless OP/someone added in his complaint to NIKI that he got the promo codes from DD

i can guess who is doing this. he’s a YouTuber with around 397k subs. he was not able to do recharge & i think he is spreading this. but i m not sure. company like niki will never mention particularly “tech team of desidime” . seems fake
I really dont understand how CC (of any company) can be this rude, and thought that it was fake on the first view, but as OP said he received personally then might be true, i still cant believe it completely
i too have received a reply from their team for my pending recharge which was done on 28th april
“This was a fraudulent offer from a third party website hence Niki will not be responsible for the offer or the failure of the payment. As no credits or money were involved hence no monetary refunds or credit refund will be given”
It doesn’t mention any legal action or dd or something like that.
This reply was for loot transactions or normal ones..
And how come they are from third party website, when OP of offer post @shoppinghulk said he got them from niki app itself..

Nothing will happen, no need to worry. Companies always do such a post just to frighten users and atleast to keep away user looting again next time. And it is just to frighten us only. Nothing will happen.
