I bought amazon vouchers from nik in the month of Dec and they sent used vouchers. Upon checking that I raised complaint with Niki after two months they are getting back saying that I used those vouchers. If I used those vouchers why I will raise complain with them. Total 25000 stuck. Please suggest guys Even I received used vouchers from other account also for same day purchase. but for those reply still waiting from Niki. I am attaching their reply here. and also they were telling they are around 37 complaints raised similar to me.
We refer to your claim of the Amazon voucher being previously used and the benefit not received by you. Basis of our investigation and data received from Amazon, the said voucher(s) have been used post being transferred to you over email / SMS. Basis our terms and conditions, it is clear that the responsibility of usage/benefit of the said vouchers(s) is on the Niki account holder.

However, as a special gesture over your patronage of Niki, we will initiate a formal investigation of your dispute with the Police / Cyber Cell post submission of the document attached herein duly filled up with the supporting documents self-attested. Please note, once this step is initiated, the result of this process, if adverse and not matching your claims, will be taken up as an attempt of wilful misrepresentation and fraud by the relevant authorities with all the attendant and consequent liabilities and penalties.

Given this, we request you to investigate thoroughly within your family and friends that the said vouchers have not been used unknowingly by anyone you know before filing this claim. Should you choose to file a formal complaint, we will support you through the entire process.

Bro I got general reply always. but I contacted amazon also they were telling I need to contact Niki as it is bought from them. chatted around 30 mins with amazon just wanted to know whether it has been used before or after sending it to me? they told they can’t help.
after getting pin only we can check this?
What was your payment mode? If credit card you can file a chargeback claim .
Further you can ask Amazon by dropping a email to Jeff chacha, sharing this gift card id (as gift card is already used) was sold by niki (attach original email reply), and just request one simple thing – when was gift card added.
If the time is before your delivery, niki is proved culprit.
They are not taking responsibility of voucher And threatening By just police word… Guys we should attack on twitter And play store.
25000 is big amount.
Already we are facing many problems with niki
Like bill payment processing done in7-8 days .

OMG…there are so many dimers affected because of Niki. I never knew this otherwise I should have kept away from this. Now I am affected badly.
At least with this post other dimers will be careful before buying anything with them.
just two weeks back i placed 35k amz vouchers and in nxt two days they given all used gvs.. mind blocked.. immediately sent mail to them with screenshots.. within two days they replaced all vouchers with new ones.

First of all, Sorry to hear to your loss @prayasi and second thanks to inform all of us. I will never use niki.ai again in my life by looking at your experience. I suggest you to file consumer complaint and you do not worry about the expenses of the court. In consumer court a very minimal fees is their for file a petition and find a good consumer lawyer. I am sure you will get uour money, interest and all the expenses from niki.ai. Be brave and do this. It is a war between you and niki and now you cannot go back as this is your hard earned money and you can never let it go like this.
I downloaded niki when I saw cashback offers but the damn thing is very problematic. If things go south tgen you’re on your own.
Thus uninstalled it.
Also as a dimer said here that he knows 10 other ppl facing the same problem, why don’t you all get in touch and file a complaint against tgem together?
What was the benefit of getting from Niki ?
Rather than Amazon contact Qwikcilver as all gift cards of Amazon are powered by Qwikcilver. Contact their customer care they will help you out with the GV.
Further Amazon GV can be sourced either directly from Amazon or from Qwikcilver however all the gift cards are issued by Qwikcilver as they have a PPI license as per RBI norms. Hence I would suggest you to contact Qwikcilver customer care once and sort it out with them.

Whohhh. That’s pretty bad. 1st time that 2000 recharge kand and now this used cards. Niki is bad at taking responsibility and blames customer while their system is at fault. I think it’s time i delete the app
No one will accept that their system has/had a flaw

I also have bought one voucher from them on 18th JAN and they send a used voucher of denomination 5000 on 21st JAN and i was shocked and then i called the customer care and scared them of consumer care and other govt. Policies and they sent me a new voucher on 28th JAN and it works well, i was happy and uninstalled niki afterwards
How that some people are not getting new codes and some are getting replaced. Certainly more to this, Pata Lagao DAYA, yeh kya mamla hain
And i wll request all the deal subedar, deal brigadier and all the dimers kindly not to post any deal of niki so that no new dimer will get traped into niki’s offers

Niki is a fraud company. Any deal posted for Niki should be voted down to protect other dimers from falling prey to their discount/cashback offers
Ask them to go ahead with police investigation. They are just want to scare you with words.
bro I did all these transactions on same day….once they are not delivering proper vouchers I stopped buying from that day onwards..
I am not worrying about policy investigation . Now they send reply saying that they sent unused vouchers and not showing proofs that they sent unused ones.
I don’t think they really send proper reply after some days they say it is on their favour. Anyway I already in the process of submitting all the things what they are asking for.
I also received same stupid reply from Niki. Mine also 5K stuck.

Niki is not fully trustable site but its not fake also. I have bought many amz gv from niki . Never faced any problem. But If u buy gv use it within 1 day. Don’t keept it for future use
I have forwarded niki complaint form along with kyc documents to them yesterday. Received call from their customer care just now that they are being cheated by their vendor and will be filing complaint agaist them with our details provided.

Niki has not yet refunded my failed transactions money worth around Rs. 3000. It has been more than 20 days and they state refund within 7-10 working days.
They are run by town folks in Rajasthan perhaps paid very less so they tend to steal money , gvs etc

Did you ask them to give you gift card PIN so that you can check with Amazon on who actually redeemed them?
