how many times since december 2019 have the appeals been done rejected order passed then invalid again new date and this was on since 3 months

He got that punishment for murder of Unnao’s father. He got life sentence for rape charge.
Kathua rapists did not get the appropriate punishment. 8 year old girl got raped n murdered, yet no death penalty for em as BJP backed those convicts.

But there are a lot of gandus, escaped the gallows. Especially the Unnao rapist, who killed the rape victim’s aunts and father and finally burned the victim and Kathua rapists, who raped and killed a 8 year old girl. In India, gandus are only poor folks, rich gandus never get punished.

Oof thank fuck. I mean for real man. Look at the judiciary system of our nation. Even for the worst possible crime, there is delay of 7+ years. the judiciary and especially law enforcement should be eradicated from root and made afresh led by AI, further supervised by another AI and a few humans. I am not joking. Until and unless the judiciary and law enforcement work efficiently, this nation is going nowhere.

Her mother’s reaction was a bit surprising to me. I mean thumbs up why, because her daughter’s murderers were hanged or hanged after 7+ years? Not sure. Even their lawyer was resisting a bit but her mother was overjoyed. These criminals and their lawyers mocked indian legal system for years and were doing it till 3AM today
(20th march).
Finally they were hanged. It still delayed for too long due to accused lawyer’s exploiting indian IPC loopholes.
I dont think lawyers are to be blamed , they are taught that in law school and thats indeed what their job is, either to save the clients or to delay the punishment

as a women i am against this late judgement of govt. what nirbhaya suffered in her life, that pain, this four people have not suffered anything in their life. i am against this late judgement. when she was alive at that time only govt. should give fansi to this people.
You can take some solace in the fact they did suffer mentally. As various studies & real life examples have showed,waiting of death(especially if it stretches to months/years) is almost always more painful than immediate death. In fact this argument is even used by human rights advocates trying to commute death sentence of those waiting for years to get hanged.
