I have used niyo forex card and the experience has been excellent

Applied for the card one month before for my wife, today got mail that you are eligible for the card, tried for sign up and it worked card has been generated and the account has been opened in the IDFC bank, although I am not able to create user name after getting the user id on IDFC bank website.

Note: She is a housewife with 0 cibil.

The people I have referred have got the option to open the account but I did not. Maybe because I already have DCB bank Niyo card with them. Is it the same with others who have DCB bank Niyo card?

I got my Niyo card delivered today…The card has a very decent spending limit of 5 lacs per day & 1L daily ATM limit…I had an IDFC account so I didn’t need to provide any KYC docs & no Biometric will be needed either as that was already done for my IDFC account…I now have two account numbers under one IDFC customer ID plus I can also see my transactions & debit card details in the IDFC app itself…The Niyo app is kinda slow & taking a lot of time to go to one screen from another so I would rather use the IDFC app to check the transactions…

Here are some pics…In my life, for the first time, I can show the full front side of the card openly lol as Niyo card has all the sensitive details at the back side of the card…

I have a normal IDFC First Bank savings account (10K min bal); What’s this Niyo thing ? Any advantage over a normal IDFC account ? Sorry, but I am not getting this fuss…
