Hello everyone
I need a help
I used to pay 19k from cc to bank  using nobroker
This month I paid 10k
Nobroker kept the amount on hold
Can anyone suggest me what to do

Get one from nearby lawyer.
It’s cheap and not that hard to get.

Even it costs the same charges I think ,
I mean refund charges if they keep it on hold

Mention them that you are in your hometown and agreement is available in a different city
You can produce the agreement only after the lockdown is lifted
Speak rudely & tell them either to process the payment to landlord/ refund it to your source without charges as even landlord is pushing for payment of rent
Since you have a payment history as well , it might work

I don’t know how much they will charge for ₹10k.
But rent agreement will cost you ₹200 approx also will have validity of 9 month or above so will help in future too.
But if issue sorts out by talks that’s good.

Actually if I don’t sebd agreement they charge 300 I think so thibkg what to do!

If they are charging ₹300 better to get rent agreement lawyer will make one instantly.
