(Not a deal) Problem in replying to amazon email
I’m posting my problem here to upload the screenshot.

I was having a problem so send my screenshots of the problem to amazon email as usual and a person contacted asked to submit my bank account details.
But when I reply to the email, it’s not going through.
Some gmail error message keeps on coming and I don’t understand what technical things are written.
Why I this happening?
Any idea?

If you notice you will see that while getting a reply from amazon the sender’s mail id is some arbitrary number along with some alphabet and then @ amazon.in.
You can not reply to that mail.
You will get error message.
You have to change the mail id to* [email protected]* each and every time while replying to any chain mail.
Hope it clears your confusion.

Just Reply To [email protected] That Will go Directly To Concerned Team/Person Who Is Handling Your Case.
Things Have Changed A Bit After The New Development Center In Hyderabad Came Up. And They Will Be Improving Even More In Coming Days
