Not able to File TDR at Yatra anyone Faced the same Issue - No CC for Train

train was running late more than 3 hours
Seclude time 11.45 pm actual time started journey 4 am

so Didnt traveled
now trying to file tdr and getting error

I have lost 2500 due to this same situation. After fighting months also I didn’t get any refund from yatra.it was totally their site’s fault that I cud not file tdr.also,there is no way to contact them in emergency. Their toll free number just redirects you to website.

in yatra time fram for tdr is 1 hour before train departure. anyone tried in that time ?
appreciate if anyone knows solution for this. who wants to loose money. TIA
