[Help] Not able to pay using Payumoney wallet + Wallet balancetransfer problem

I paid using my balance just 3 days ago! But now seems to be a technical glitch Since I am able to load money

And whats this pop-up under that – Transfer to bank is not allowed.

I’d suggest you to wait for their response. As for that notification about withdrawals not being allowed, your guess is as good as mine. If needed, you can escalate by contacting their business head: [email protected]

Udio, BMS, AMP, and PayU wallet limits are shared. So if your total loading among these wallet accounts (sharing the same phone number) exceeds 10K then you will face issues. CC @Plato

That’s not the case with me. Apart from my DC and FC go card I haven’t used any other mode of payment in payumoney.

Edit : And why the hell I am not able to use my balance. Was booking tickets thru BMS but it just doesnt show my wallet balance

Payzapp is the offering from HDFC. Logically does not seem appropriate that RBL is running it.

Update: Now even per transaction loading limits are shared among Udio and AskmePay. So you can’t add more than 5500 in a single transaction on AskmePay either. Moreover, BMS now clearly shows upfront how much you can still add in this month (based on how much you have already loaded to Udio/AMP/PayU).
