Not able to register ticket compliment premium card

first time I have brought TC premium card.When I am registering it on edenredcards.co.in website with card no and reg code it showing " card is not active"
bought this card from amazon.
please tell what to do

Never happened this with me. Cross check details 
call amazon customer service..
and tell them seller didnt send you activate card..
they forward your msg to seller and card will be activate within 3 days..
after activate your card.. register on https://edenredcards.co.in/CustomerRegistration...
for online activation..

you have to login & check if email & mobile no. entered during registration is updated then card is ready for use

Mobile number updated .. and also 3d secure added.. but transaction not getting successful online like on udio and paytm…
