not able to use Paytm wallet balance please help

having around 2000 paytm balance, but it is not getting applied for any Paytm transaction like recharge bill payment or shopping. also not getting transferred to bank. please help what may be reason and possible solutions.

Paytm Kyc is a mess
For one accounts, they have extended minimum kyc till September
For one they have not extended
In one account, cant pay at some shops through wallet. Asks for UPI or activating wallet. Same works with another account

This means your eKYC got expired. Same happened with me. Went to KYC centre, he didn’t accept Aadhar Card, only asked for either DL or Voting Id. I don’t have Voting Id & DL is expired & old format, so that got rejected after upload. So now I have all my wallet balance locked.
