Not received any gift card from kotak for August month (independence day sale)

many people done transaction using upi b/w 10-11 august .Today date is 28-10-2019.still i have not received any gift card .if any got the voucher please comment as Received. if not Received the voucher what to do. how to raise a complaint to get the voucher .
