I think you have used PayU payment gateway where it shows “Wallets” at Coolwinks website. You’ll not get cashback for that. You’ll not get refund now as return period is of 14 days which is over.
Try to contact through email/Call with CC-Coolwinks ne chashma pehna diya aapko. #Nachoo
