Notification issue on Nokia 5.1 plus

Anyone facing the notification problem on Nokia 5.1 plus. I can’t receive any notification in background unless i open that app. Facing this problem from a long time. I had a chat with Nokia cc team but they can’t fix my issue. Anyone having same issue ?
