ola drivers screwing riders for extra cash

i booked a cab with ola money. driver asked for cash he threatened to drop me in middle of nowhere and take the money. now ola support told me to screw myself as it is not their responsibility. the least they can do is talk with driver and refund my money. the correct action would be to suspend him. i thought qbout going to police but i dont think i have a case.
