I applied for ola money sbi card through ola app i already hold a simply click card after applying got a message saying your ola money sbi application has been conditionally approved with credit limit of inr 88000 (test limit to be updated soon) what does that mean is it approved?

Is that approved for sure or there are chances of rejections ?
They cancelled my application because I have one SBI card.
Same happened with me, initially conditionally approved but later SBI rejected saying i already have a SBI card SimplyCLICK. Escalated till principal nodal officer too, still received the same damn reply at every level. Their support team is filled with dumba**es.
Does it mean sbi has stopped issueing second cc ?
It seems like sbi ola card is the one where this excuse is most frequently given as reason for rejection. Any other co-branded card should have no issues getting approved along side sbi credit card.
For me SBI sent me an SMS after document collection that OLA card limit will be split with the existing card limit. Now I can see my existing Simply click card limit reduced by 50k in app. And OLA app displaying my in process card limit will be 50k (Initially it was was displaying 5 lac). Let see when they send the card.

They will split limits . My limits has been splited among 3 SBI cards .

yes , they will split card balance before that they will call you and asked to you how much balance do you wish to keep in both cards. If you cibil score is good, you will be approved. I have 3cards (One is supplementary)

Card got approved limit split between ola and simply click and fortunely limit increased too

Even I was told the same I have simply click, fbb.. Ola money will share existing limit with both cards.
Ignore that limit. They will split your existing simply click card limit with this new card.
