OLA Toll Charges | Chennai

Hi Dimers,

I need some information on how the toll charges are calculated with OLA cabs?Anyone have any idea!

I noticed that when we go through each toll, they will charge whereas only one toll in a stretch is really chargeable.
Adding to this, there are some cases in which the driver takes money from the passenger and also this is included in the bill.

I have traveled in Chennai, in OMR and the toll charges was 44/-. Can anyone confirm if this is the correct charge or not?

I have raised the issue with OLA and they have refunded the money, but they are not saying if the calculation was right or wrong. If this happens to be wrong, then they might have looted 22/- at least in each trip in OMR, Chennai.
