ola cabs suspended my account on 4th april 2015. it had rs 15000 in it. have not opened ola app for long time. I hate this company from core of my heart. they are fraud and cheaters.

Well, even my account is suspended. I have only one account with Ola with all genuine referrals. Still, Ola suspended it. Just check their Facebook page, I see few people complaining regarding Ola account suspension. If they don’t reactivate my account, I’ll make sure of negative publicity of them.

Amen to that! Yesterday, I created my second Ola account to use exclusively for Ola Store orders. Don’t want to give too many data points (movement history + food preferences) to a single company.

Aap toh ola ke saath bhi bahut private hain

they suspended me too but now they have unblocked my account with no refer n earn option and all free rides looted by ola themselves

Did you add any OLA money? Or it was an account with referral rides?

Two months ago, Ola converted Ola money into vouchers. I had free ola money back then (they gave 300 per referral) which was converted into rides / vouchers.

On one account, however, I had genuine Ola Money (added via CC) and that money wasn’t converted. Maybe only accounts with no genuine usage are nuked?

i did add ola money using DBS offer 4 days back….good that i used it on the same day….
