In my case, what has happened is, I have put my code on my website.
Ola referral policy doesn’t mention anywhere that you can’t put referral code on website.
Anyone here got their referral rides restored? Exceptional people?

No one is gonna get their referral coupons back. Just had a word with Ola Senior Customer Care representative. Absurd explanation to the violation of referral policy with more absurd explanation. Don’t waste time in contacting Ola.

When I told him that I have shared my referral code on my website, he asked me “Do you share your credit card details on your website?” He also said that referral coupon is something which is personal.
I was like what is he talking.
Then I straight away asked him, am I going to get my referral rides back or am I just wasting my time in calling and mailing you?
He said that the company has investigated all the fraud referrals and blocked the referee as well as referred person’s account and that won’t be changed.
