OlaMoney KYC
Hi got an OlaMoney SBI card recently. paid an Ola Postpaid bill 3 days ago. Today I received SMS saying 500 OlaMoney credited as part of welcome offer. But no money in OlaMoney. Also no information on 7% cashback for Ola Postpaid payment.
My Ola wallet KYC is not done.
Any experiences please share

Is KYC mandatory to get the cashback ?
No. KYC is not mandatory for cb.
After confirmation message you will receive 500 in 2-5 days i got today 500 and the confirmation message was 5 days ago

Wanted to confirm….do we get credit card cashback for clearing bill of ola money postpaid???? I am planning to get it but just holding it out due to this point
It’s been an uphill struggle and waste of time to contact OlaMoney. They don’t respond Twitter. Tagging Bhavish also does not seem to work. On emails/tickets they give copy paste response that they have informed the concerned team to expedite my KYC.
Still waiting for my OlaMoney cashback of 500 and payment done for Ola Postpaid for the OlaMoney SBI card. It seems wallet KYC is mandatory to get these cashback
Is there any way out of this or should I just close my card and move on in life.

Process was seamless… Got immediate limit elibgibility on application in App …Aadhar & PAN was collected by SBI .. and card delivered in less than a week ….
Problems only started after that …
Waste card for me right now .. occuplying my wallet real estate without generating any rental returns for me 
Is the SBI OlaMoney cars 500 cashback per month based on calendar month or billing cycle ?
