I have to make payment to a person. They share upi Id and bank account details.. Is there anyway to use these and pay via credit card?

Not possible, but you can add wallet balance for them using ur card details

But u have to pay some charges for it

I don’t think so, as no upi provider allows to add money in their respective wallet using credit card.
