Order history missing from amazon account !!!

Guys I bought 3 Adidas shoes from amazon this month.
As the there is no order update I tried to look into my amazon account and found that there is no trace of the order,
I checked my email but seems I have deleted the order confirmation mail.
Even I have a doubt that whether i got that or not ???
I looked into my card statement an found some trace.
order amount was over 5K.
Shared the details with CC. They are looking into the issue.
Is this due to the fraud product issue cam in news, they are hiding all proof of order!!!
or just a technical glitch!!!
the other way around its a lesson for me to double check the order detail 
My advice to all: please dont delete you order confirmation emails and check order details after placing the order.
I buy a lot of thing online, therefore as usual I placed lot of orders during this sale and I overlooked the detail or may be they have just deleted every history.
While I told them that I am going to charge-back, they asked me to share the detail an promised to revert back with 48hrs.
Lets hope for the best

I am not the only one, @srigem81 met with similar issue. After initial try he did not followed up as the amount was not much.
Already got the replay from amazon, they are also not able to locate the transaction of my card
They told me to contact the bank, here is the reply:
We have an update from our Billing team as follows.
“Kindly note billing team doesn’t have access to the gateway to check transactions for Diner card so request customer to contact the card issuing bank”.
In this case I request you to contact bank customer care and file ‘Charge dispute’. They can locate the exact pathway and provide you with refund.
If you’re still unable to locate the refund even after contacting the bank kindly write back to us with the dispute transaction I’d so that we can forward it to our charge inquiry team and do the needful.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Almost same issue.. but I paid thru amazon pay (so no clue) but u have proof that u paid thru card.
Your order history wont show the orders if they are cancelled by amazon or you.. You might have got a refund in your card or would be getting it in few days
nope, there is a separate tab for all cancelled orders.
now what should I do????

I placed order with a credit card and used that card on other account also. So Amazon system got suspicious and then removed the history of the order from my account. Later my account was also suspended.
I got my account reinstated after 2 months of follow-up.
