my refund is stuck in oxigen and im unable to use it anywhere …tried citrus,paytm,freecharge
please suggest

oxign visa card is not working with the full amount. if you want to do any transaction with 1000 you have to load minimum 1100. also youn cannot load more amount to this card or you cannot refund this card to oxigen wallet.
simply use it in purchasing something . also load different amount with instalment to paytm
also use it in HELPCHAT FOR RECAHRGING WITH MANY CASHBACK OFFERS

This is WRONG information. If you have 1000 in your wallet, you can create and use a eVisa card for Rs 1000.
@ramesh1988 spend some time and learn to create and use Oxigen eVisa cards.
