I placed an order on jabong.com using oxigen wallet virtual visa I did not like the product so I returned it and asked for refund now they have initiated the refund but I dont know whether I will get it or not Please help me what do i do

This is the most terrible shit. Waiting for mine from past 10 days.

@dinesh1994 Yes, you will get the refund. Wait for at least 5 business days from the day Jabong initiated the refund. Then send an email to Oxigen customer care asking about the refund. But be prepared to wait for as long as 30 days to finally get the refund in your Oxigen RBL balance.
