Payback points not credited. What to do?

1000 (additional/bonus) Payback points not credited after 60 days. Sent them a mail 20 days back they asked me to send them the offer mailer which i did but nonreply to that. Sent another day before yesterday quoting the previous ticket number and still the same reply. Should I call them?
