Paying on Amazon with Amex credit card (co branded with indusind)

Anyone is able to pay for an order on Amazon using Amex -IndusInd credit card ?? Amazon fail my transaction and hence the order but bank approved it everytime via sms.. happening since months now hence the effort to post on forum??

Escalate this on their twitter handle. They should resolve it. Even if that doesn’t resolve it, drop an email to [email protected]

co-branded cards often have issues. its a problem of wrong identification of first 4 digits

I have only faced this problem on Amazon, the card work flawless on all online website except Amazon … Also Amazon CC is no help in this case. have tried few times.

Not sure about Indusind, but ICICI cobranded AMEX works very fine on Amazon. However, i would suggest to try with Indusind cobranded AMEX the following things – In the Pincode section try inputing either 1. Your bank registered area residential pincode OR 2. Your CVV number OR 3. Your credit card ATM PIN. Inform if that works !

Tried Address PINCODE, CVV, CARD PIN today again, nothing works maybe some internal bottleneck at Amazon with AMEX co-branded cards!!

Yesterday I tried paying on Amazon by my ICICI Jet airways Sapphiro AMEX Credit Card and the transaction got successful. Enter your residential area Pincode that is registered with your bank issuing the credit card and place the order. There is no OTP page as the amount gets directly debited from your card without any OTP being asked. You will receive an sms from Bank that your Credit card account has been debited for the amount of the order placed. The order at this time still shows as processing payment. Later after 15-30 minutes the payment & order gets confirmed and you now receive an sms from Amzaon stating your order details. Thats all ! Your order has been successfully placed. Thus, Amazon accepts ICICI AMEX !
