I need your guidance. a friend of mine deposited the amount of rs. 3000 in wrong account no. instead of despositing it into my account ( Last 2 digits interchanged).
Payment was desposited through via.com.I spoke to my bank they said give written complaint in branch (which i did today).I personal spoke to the manager also , his attitude was not so helpful, he said money can be only refunded if second party gives the approval in written or through cheque. i also request for contact no. of the party but they refused.
Please give some alternatives.
