u can have only one paypal shopping account and one paypal business if u have more they will block it

How about creating multiple accounts using Home laptop, Office desktop/laptop, mobile phones?
The IP addresses will be different, browser finger prints would be different.
Add on cards are considered individual cards according to Citi Website.
Will it work, if we use different Credit/DB cards of different people?
I don’t think, bank will share Credit/DB cards addresses with the payment gateway.
