Get 50% cashback voucher. Max cashback voucher ₹300.

Was the card used also first time ever used on paypal & was not some virtual card but a regular physical debit card?

Yes !! Just checked my spam folder out of frustration and found cashback voucher there. Strange paypal site gives no clue or information – I was only checking activity log on paypal page and my email inbox all this time.
