I am trying to pay on bigbasket using paypal , but getting error that the bank is unable to authenticate your card, try with other payment method
I tried deleting the card, now when i am trying to confirm it again, its not getting confirmed after entering bank OTP, what can the issue be ?
Contacted the bank, no issue from their side . Debit card working fine on all other sites

Tried that too,but no solution 
Sometimes Address also matters. Bank account & PayPal address should be same. Check once by doing that if both are not same.

Try doing in incognito mode on chrome. Might be some issue with cookies/cache
