Anyone know how to recover password or reset paypal acc…my registered contact no was a random no so ..any trick or anything i hav a cashback voucher sitting duck..

There is no option to send otp to email..no no email is not random..

Try sending otp to email instead. If email is also random then you are out of luck. Paypal cc will ask you documents before helping you.
