They will reverse refund. Happened with me. First refund credited then after 7 days its auto debited from bank.

Created PayPal account in June 2019.I got Diwali gift cashback Rs200 and I done transaction for komparify on June.

Now I bought giftcard from grabon through paypal.
I am eligible for cashback or not?
Actually it’s not showing any activity which is transacted in June.
