Paytm allows us to keep 2 Accounts Legally

I have two accounts in Paytm, how can I have a single account with combined balance?
Now you can merge your accounts without any hassle using Paytm app and also choose the account details you want to keep.

Launch Paytm app
Go to ‘Profile’ section at the bottom of the screen
If you are not logged in: click on ‘Sign In to Paytm’ & login by entering your registered details
Tips to choose the account you want to login:
If you have one upgraded (KYC done) account, we suggest that you login with the upgraded account. The merged account will have the same KYC status as that of the account used to login.
Login to the account with higher balance
Click on your name on top of the screen
Click on ‘Edit’ button on the top right corner of the screen
If you want to change your mobile number of this account:

Change the existing mobile number to the mobile number in the other account and click on ‘Save’ on the top right corner
Enter the OTP sent to your existing mobile number and the new mobile number
Click on “Yes, I did” in the screen that appears
Answer the security questions to verify your ownership and click on “Merge accounts”
If you have email address in both the accounts, select which email address you want to keep in the updated account
If you select the email address from the other account, you will have to verify it through OTP sent to that email address
Your balances will be added and your account details are updated as per your choice
If you want to change your email address of this account:

In case of adding an email for the first time, enter an email address and click on ‘Save’ on the top right corner. In case of changing email address, replace the existing email address with your new email address and click on ‘Save’ on the top right corner
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
A verification link will be sent to your new email address. Go to your email account and click the link sent on email from Paytm to add the email address within 48 hours
Click on “Yes I did” in the screen that appears
Answer the security questions to verify your ownership and click on “Merge accounts”
If you have mobile number in both the accounts, select which mobile number you want to keep in the updated account
If you select the mobile number from the other account, you will have to verify it through OTP sent to that mobile number
Your balances will be added and your account details are updated as per your choice
