Paytm App / BHIM App for Smaung Tizen OS ?

is there any tricks to send payment from a phone without any app ?

Tizen OS of samsung does not provide any app in its appstore . no paytm,no mobikwik no freehcharge no BHIM app

actually helping a senior citizen ,he is using samsung Z2 mobile which comes with tizen appstore. I guess we can not siteload any app in a tizen mobile.
