Paytm bank service issue

Can somebody help me regarding paytm bank debit card amount refund because it’s been 46days i did an electricity bill payment to amazon on 10 Jan 2020 and amount debited but didn’t reached to amazon.Since then i am calling customer care service of amazon and paytm bank(worst customer service i had ever faced in my life) and my issue hasn’t resolved yet.

Shoot a mail to [email protected] describing your issue. And in future always try to use banks who have a physical branch at your locality so that you can disturb the manager every now and then in case of this kinda situations until you get your money back.
