Paytm Bank transfer issue

HI,
Does any one else getting this issue or my Paytm wallet partially blocked? 
checked with three of my accounts in different mobile and app versions.

looks like bank transfer option is removed for users who have not upgraded their wallet. this is crazy now. Money will be completely stuck in paytm .Only Option is upgrade ..

May I know from when it came into effect?
very recently.. i think its been 2 weeks i think.. only way is to upgrade to kyc.. or have contacts with a kyc member so that he can transfer to bank for you..

are you a kyc verified udio user? what are the charges for bank transfer for non-kyc users?

Yes, it happens sometimes. Change the account and try again.
Edit: Faced the same issue before 2 months.

Normal user , 0% upto 2500/ month
Guys how many accounts can we get upgraded?
I didn’t give my PAN card during the upgrade of my one account.
Only shared photo and driving license copy.

I thought PAN was required.. they are starting a payment bank.. so mostly everyone will have to do kyc to get bank account number once they start in south.. initially they are planning to start in north in sep-oct timeframe…

Oh!! thank you for the info, just a week ago bank transfer was working.
Can I get KYC done online (document upload) as there is no Paytm Franchisee in my or nearby area? and can we get KYC done in more than one account?

I dont think it can be done online… their agents come and collect the docs in tier-1 cities.. dont know whats the process for others. send an email to customer care and check once… and i dont know whether we can do multiple kyc with single proof… mostly it may not be possible.. last time when the udio kyc guy came i asked him who will do the kyc verification, he said mobikwik/udio/paytm have tieup with karvy for docs collection and kyc verification. i think they will maintain a system and check if the same person is doing kyc with another account.. if you want to try and check it out you can try it once.

Shows Pending.
My account is kyc upgraded one.
Contacted paytm through fb chat, they asked me to wait for 80 hours.

haha.. wait for 80 hrs. are they joking. I have just now transferred paytm cash to bank multiple times and it worked fine.

No, they are right. It’s their system which gets the clear picture of the concerned transaction in 80 hours. Experienced the same and poking their CC is of no avail as they would keep on repeating the same.
Most probably your money will get reverted to your Paytm wallet exactly in 80 hours.

Paytm to bank transfer is working for non-kyc users also now. If anyone has balance and want to transfer they can do so now. Don’t know whether they will keep it this way or stop it again.

For paytm 1% for kyc user, 4% for normal user for approx more than a year
