Paytm Cards not Eligible for PayPal Cashback

Verified today. Had an argument with PayPal CC. Paytm Cards (Physical as well as virtual) will not be eligible for any cashback from PayPal w.e.f 19th February 2020 according to their new Rules. Proof attached.

Ab Paypal CC se puch lo.. loot keliye konsa card use karen? ek card se kitne bar loot sakte hain?.. sab kuch clarify karlo.. barbar..

PayPal CC ko ja kar bataoge virtual card use kiya toh cb milega kyun.
anyways Paytm Cards still working. dnt contact PayPal CC
