Ordered a powerbank, and applied for kyc , the agent came to house but kyc didnt finish because otp wasnt coming. I sent email to cc to sort this out but no response so far. What to do now ? I read here that its possible to get cash back for non kyc members if they opt for gold units with some 6% loss. How to go about this ?
