I know its seller fault for 1000%
I have raised issue to PayTM first, called them, complaint to them, emailed them entire matter and the Pics as a proof
Sadly Seller will change the name and get activate again, so its always the buyer who is at loss

As u have received something which is atleast damaged.
and I have not received any thing and just a scrap piece.

Received a call back from PayTM.
They are sending me the declaration form, which I have to print and sign and scan and send it them.
I feel they are planning to claim from Logistics Company cause They have in transit Insurance.
This type of practice encourages seller to to this kind of mischief.

Lets hope i get my refund asap.
