Paytm Fraud

During the NEW YEAR FOOD BONAZA offer paytm was offering 100% cashback to customers who ordered from Box8.
Apart feom this thwy were goving additional 100% cashback to 5000 lucky customers.
I made my first order from Box8 app within the offer period and made the payment of Rs 200 above through paytm.

As per the rule they should have credited the cashback amount to my wallet. But they haven’t.

I have emailed them and they respond everytime by sending me the T&C of deal. Each time they say the same thing but in a different manner. I even called them and on the call they say that they have escalated the this issue to higher authorities.

They have cheated and making fool. Has anyone faced same issue?

Someone please help me out.
