As you may or may not have noticed, the IVR system ignores the key presses if they are not pressed within a certain time period after the prompt.

Thanks tried calling and this time kept on pressing 0 even during the questionaire,Took to that paytm redemtion option, and the same technical error ( but with instruction to try later)
Lets see if they sms the coupon in 10-20 minutes
