Today I received call from a customer service of paytm mall. He told that i have ordered patanjali dant kanti in past from paytm mall and selected as 10 lucky customer. Then mentioned 4 gifts around 15-30k and choose one. But for this i need to make a shopping on paytm mall app. For this i need to add product to cart for 3000 rs and then their team will order on my behalf from paytm mall online payment using paytm wallet. It seems fraud to me so didn’t go ahead. Anyone having similar experience?

No, it’s data leak from both parties including Paytm N XpressBees.. as Paytm has invested in XpressBees startup.. N it looks that paytm is also doing fraud to get their #CASHBACK, which they given us before.

Fraud ppl, got same but they really forgot that Dimers who shop online through Paytm, knows that, sensing money through Paytm PAY option, don’t get payment receipt or order.
Please whoever is reading this, keep in mind if anyone call for shopping 3000+ worth product in Paytm and make u pay them first for free gift then better just say those 2 words by which they just hand the call … Or flirt with girls who talk to u for offers. 
It might be NiModi or Choksi calling from abroad. Don’t fall in the trap. 😁

I got a call from online shopping 8588970413 her name is riya and she said you won laptop and other stuff to grab the gift you have to purchase 3000 product from online shopping they know my number and and she has my order detail so are you selling our information to other people or its official call i received. i search that on internet seems like its fraud. so tell me how my personal information leaked ?

guys…whoever received calls tweet to paytm mention the phone number about it and also ask how our data leaked..make a hashtag for it (ex: #PaytmDataLeak)

Looks completely fake.. No one will ask you to order on your behalf.. They will just transfer your money…
I got same call on 26/2…the way they were telling all my details like addresses, order history,etc..I trusted them at once but didn’t risk my 3000.
They are courier guys who note down details..details leak from courier point as they have full logistic details…regular buyers are looted like this..
They r selling our personal data & giving us ‘free’ stuffs(mall100, onceamonth,etc)… I stopped using Paytm from last 3months & now I’m thinking of deactivating all my Paytm accounts.
How to disable/deactivate/delete. caller know all my details like shopping/address. ty

I received call from (+91 8420434634) a customer service of paytm mall. She told that i have ordered a product in past from paytmmall(I validated the order details) and selected for free gift customer. Then mentioned 5 gifts around 40-50K and choose one. But for this i need to make a shopping on paytm mall app. For this i need to add product to cart for 5000. Then their team will order on my behalf from paytm mall online payment using paytm wallet.
I selected the product for 5937.84/ shared the product details with added the money to paytm wallet as instructed. Now call was transferred to Account department for payment.
Now got the details of Paytm Payment bank Account Number (8013157168).
Transaction was successful, reached to paytm customer care as did not received any order details. They said i verified, no need to worry, amount is there with paytmbank, we will analyze and get back to you. Now they sent any email amount has been withdrawn by payee please file an FIR.
Then did you recieve the gift or it was all fraud
This is fraud, but I did not understand how they got data of order made on paytm. It looks like paytm is not taking care of customer data may be paytm or persons from paytm selling customer data.

companies will never ask you to do a lot of efforts to claim your gift. If they do..then then its not a company
