Today I received call from a customer service of paytm mall. He told that i have ordered patanjali dant kanti in past from paytm mall and selected as 10 lucky customer. Then mentioned 4 gifts around 15-30k and choose one. But for this i need to make a shopping on paytm mall app. For this i need to add product to cart for 3000 rs and then their team will order on my behalf from paytm mall online payment using paytm wallet. It seems fraud to me so didn’t go ahead. Anyone having similar experience?

The same thing I faced today near about 25 Times they have called me I couldn’t responded but one think I couldn’t understand how they getting information about Paytm…..can we trust calls we are getting real are fraud
I got same call just today.They ask me the same story ,confirmed with my address.Ask me to buy 5000 rs product.After all conversation I just told him that the number is deactivated for paytm in past.😂,He told me that we will call you after sometime to check this draw is opened or time limit crossed.🤣😂🤣
Even I received the same call.. After reading the reviews here, I told them that I don’t have money to buy a product of 3000.. so they were saying that tell your friends to buy something from your Paytm account. Such a fake they are. Thanks to you guys.
Today I got a call from them and they were telling me they are calling from paytm mall and they were telling your paytm number comes under 5 luckey winner so they told me you can win iPhone 7 , Sony LCD TV 40 inch and they told me to some other 2 product name after that they asked me to purchase items on paytm mall and that cost should be more then 5k but payment should not be done in paytm they were giving me their account details to do payment 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I received today call and he is like Paytm selects lucky winner against paytmmall shopping and u r no is being selected u r getting car of 12.5L or handcash u have to pay only registration fee of 12k…These is fake right??

Greed just takes over the logic in no time.
There is nothing your can do on your own now..File a complaint and wait for some resolution. Tracking money sent through Paytm is a big headache even for paytm and police. Even after so much scrutiny, There are many Bank accounts with fake ID and addresses. In such cases just imagine how many fake IDs will be with paytm.
I have paid them 5000 rs just before. They have added in whatsapp group called Paytm.com
please help me to get out of this, anyone

Even i got call and they said i shop for some item hence getting the gift … i know it was scam coz i never completed the order it was canceled due to delay … now they are offering me laptop if I shop for 5000rs
Same happened with me today. I told them I will confirm their number with paytm then I will make the payment
