I was placing an order on ebay for a mobile and made payment via paytm wallet,
money got debited from debit card but while it got redirected to ebay the order was not successful
for that paytm has refunded amount in Paytm Wallet and that does not Consists REFUND option to bank account
Its a total fraud because my payment mode was debit card not paytm wallet
while i tweeted them they say that its the processing fee 1% that u have to pay to get money in your bank account
Please dont pay by paytm On any website

Please who are voting down, needs to understand english properly before giving votes,
If it is understood that Now first we add money then pay, then its a risk for everyone (Mostly those whose wallet has not been upgraded) as if the payment does not gets accepted by the merchant then there would be loss of 1%-4%,
Consider those amounts which have a value of more than 25k how much deduction would be in that,
its just a thread to understand the rule
This is a known thing
Most of the wallets follow the same pattern AFAIK apart from PayU which had free bank transfer option
and u may get your money back in your wallet only after 7 days
