Today I am trying to add money in payTM wallet through credit card, but it’s not allowing me to add.

Business account or shopping account?
Shopping account, I don’t have merchant account.
But the screenshot saying “Paytm Merchants”.. 
Ask CC.
Ever opened any in the past?
Mine working perfectly fine with Credit Card. Just checked..
Oh yes it’s payTM merchant account, I don’t remember when I opened merchant account.
How can I delete merchant account ?

Merchants are not allowed to load with credit card. same was with me. got my merchant privileges revoked as i was using paytm everywhere for personal use.
now its working fine
How to get the merchant account closed?
Call them, however once u get it closed, you cannot have a merchant account on the same number ever again
make a new ticket in the app itself, they will reply
I made merchant account mistakenly …now i am not able to add money to paytm wallet via credit card….. I have called paytm to deactivate my merchant account…..so after that can i add money to wallet via credit card? Please reply
