Paytm Not refunding booking amount of Hotels due to corona

Hi, I had booked 6 rooms for 3 nights at De Sovrani hotel in Kolkata from 26-29 April. Booking was made in December. The hotel is currently closed due to Covid . I wrote to paytm to refund me my booking amount for the same which is coming to approx 75000 inr and Paytm is refusing saying that there is a not refund cancellation policy. What should I do.

no refund policy is only valid if you get to stay. since hotel itself denies you stay so they have to refund , bash and drill them hard on social media

first blast them on social media and tag Vijay Shekhar Sharma every time. if they still do not refund, file an FIR for fraud against Vijay Shekhar Sharma and then share that in social media
