Paytm QR code does not work with other Bharat QR scanPay Apps

I was trying to pay merchants who is having QR code from Paytm , but it seems Paytm QR does not support other BharatQR scanPay Apps . But Phonepe QR codes are working fine with Bharat QR scanPay apps.

these two are still not inter operable .

Phonepe gives BharatQR Code.
